Back to California!

Well Bill, Jami and Logan should be arriving in San Francisco as we speak. They were up and at it bright and early this morning. Jami was running a little late so I got Logan up and got him dressed. He woke up bright and chipper and ready for the next leg of his big adventure. He was ready to "fly like Superman" back home to Pogums house.

We had a great visit. Everyone had a chance to bond with Logan a little bit. I think it is safe to say that he has been on sensory overload for the past 10 days. Of course it goes without saying that it was wonderful to see Jami. She is a real trooper. She juggles toddler mom, meds, caretaker and all her other tasks in great style.

It was of course also wonderful to see Bill. He did pretty well all in all. He had two seizures while he was here. One on Tuesday and one on Sunday (He had one on Thursday before they got here on Sunday the 2nd). They seem to be falling into a pattern of 5 day intervals. He is having more and more difficulty speaking. Just in the 10 days that they were here he seemed to struggle a little bit more each day. But Bill being Bill, he still talks about how he is going to beat this "thing".

We are sorry that he didn't get to visit with the other side of the family but time and his situation just didn't make that possible. Bill loves his entire family and he is grateful for all the love and prayers and positive energy that comes his way through you all.

Dev and I and all of our children are grateful for all the love and kindness that you continue to show to us. We would not be able get through this without you! We love you and appreciate you so much!
