Bill--Thursday

Hi everyone. We spoke with Jami earlier today and she gave us a report on how Bill is doing.

They brought in a hospital bed either today or yesterday (can't remember which she said). Bill can no longer negotiate the stairs so his bed was put up in the living room. He still gets up and gets dressed and eats at the table but he can no longer use his right hand so he is now doing the best he can with his left. His speech is almost gone. Logan gets frustrated with him and says "come on daddy" when he asks Bill a question...of course then they are both frustrated. Jami says Bill is sleeping more and more. No real surprises there I guess. I don't think he is in any pain other than a bit of a headache which he controls with Tylenol. I guess that's one of the only upsides to all of this.

Our prayer now is that he can make it through Christmas. Either way it's in Heavenly Father's hands. We trust him to do what is right for in his eyes. Without faith there is no hope.
